How do I add water?

Open the lid and peel off the caution label. Slowly pour water into the fill port using the included measuring cup. Do not exceed the MAX water line.

How can I create my favorite ambient sound?

You can layer multiple soundtracks by adjusting each individual slider up or down. Adjust the master volume slider to control the overall sound level.

How do I use the aroma diffuser function?

Remove the lid and fill the tank with water. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. Then press the mist button to start spraying and the light button to activate the flame projection.

Note: Do not exceed the MAX water line. Overfilling may affect the misting function and the flame effect. Please follow the included instructions carefully.

Which type of essential oil should I use?

Only use water-soluble essential oils. Do not use oil-based oils, as they may damage the atomizer and cause it to stop misting. This is not covered by warranty.

What if the mist is very weak or invisible?

Check if the water level exceeds the MAX line. If so, turn off the power and pour out the excess water.
If the water level is fine, try restarting the device by turning it off and on again.

What should I do if there’s leakage near the LED strip?

This is usually caused by overfilling or shaking the product after adding water, allowing it to leak into the fan vent. Turn off the power, pour out all the water, and let the unit sit for 24 hours before reuse.

How do I use headphones with it?

There is a 3.5mm audio jack next to the USB port on the back. Simply plug in your headphones and the white noise will automatically switch to headphone mode.

Is it safe to use?

The sound output is calibrated to avoid harsh or overly low frequencies. However, listening at high volume or too close to your ears may still be harmful.
